SCIENCE IN SPORT RIDER PACKS NOW READY!

The nutritional experts at Science in Sport have devised a recommended rider pack (1 per team) to ensure that you and your team mate are best equipped to meet the nutritional demands of this uniqe event, in addition to the formal meal and rest-stops. The suggested contents of the rider pack (based upon anticipated calorific consumption during the 24 hour period) are detailed below.

The full pack is valued at over £100 RRP, but reduces to £77.70 when the uniqe L2P24 rider discoint code is applied (see the participants area). In addition, all orders over £75 will receive 4 SIS mix bottles FREE (2 per rider) to ensure that you and your products reach Paris in one piece!

For a team of 2 riders SIS recommend the following (teams may choose individual flavours):

1 tray of PSP22 sachets
1 tray of Go Electrolyte sachets
1 box of Go gels
1 box of Build bars (to have available as high protein snacks as soon as you come of the bike)

The 25% discount applies to ALL orders (so if you do not want to spend the full amount on the recommended pack you can build your own and still claim the 25% discount).

Some alternatives include:

- 1 x tray of REGO sachets instead of a box of Build Bars

- 2 x 500g tubs instead of 1 tray of (Go Electrolyte, PSP22 or Rego) sachets if two riders both want a different flavour

- 1 x box of Smart1 if riders want the additional caffeine kick from a gel.

This offer is only available to L2P24 riders and is valid until 23 Jul 2010, you are reminded to order your products well in advance of the ride to ensure they arrive in time! For those of you not accustomed to using nutritional supplements we encourage you to build them in to your training rides in the weeks leading up to the event. Happy peddalling and happy munching!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL L2P24 CYCLISTS!
Action Challenge and Scope would like to extend a huge congratulations to all of our pioneering London 2 Paris 24 riders who took part in the first ever L2P24 challenge. Early reports are that over 150 riders completed the challenge and made it through the finish line in Paris within 24 hours of setting off from Blackheath, London. London based company Artel Scaffolding are confirmed as Transport Partners for L2P24. They will be supplying several transport vehicles to support the 200 riders cycling the 300 miles course within 24 hours - all to raise thousands of pounds for disability charity, Scope.
